Disconnect from QuickBooks

To disconnect End_of_Period_Reconciliation_Audit from a QuickBooks Online company:

1. Open QuickBooks Online → Settings → Apps.
2. Find End_of_Period_Reconciliation_Audit and disconnect it.
3. On the operator’s server, delete the company token store under ~/.qbo-mcp/.

Revoking access in Intuit immediately stops API access even if a refresh token remains on disk.
