This is a private internal application. It is not offered to the public. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to this app, you agree to these terms.
The operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely to access QuickBooks Online company files you are authorized to manage (including Cocoonhive LLC and Pirin Invest LLC) through Intuit’s APIs and the Model Context Protocol.
The app accesses accounting data only after you sign in with Intuit and approve access. QuickBooks Online remains the system of record. The app does not sell company data and does not use it to provide services to third parties.
You may use the app only for lawful internal bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation. You must not share credentials, attempt to access companies you do not own or administer, or use the app in a way that violates Intuit’s terms or applicable law.
The app is provided “as is” for internal use. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation or that reports or writes to QuickBooks will be error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing any changes made in QuickBooks Online.
You may disconnect the app from QuickBooks Online at any time in Intuit’s connection settings. The operator may revoke access at any time.
