When you connect QuickBooks Online, Intuit issues OAuth tokens to this app. The app then reads and, if you request it, updates accounting data in the connected company file (customers, vendors, invoices, bills, accounts, reports, and similar records).
Data is used only to operate this private internal app for the operator’s own companies. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with unrelated third parties.
OAuth refresh tokens are stored on the operator’s private server. QuickBooks company data remains in Intuit’s QuickBooks Online service except for temporary copies needed to answer a request.
Tokens are kept until you disconnect the app or the operator deletes them. You can revoke access in your Intuit account at any time.
